Using postcard type cards, an invitation to take action against violence, racism, discrimination or any other commitment inspired by the exhibition’s cause or the subject of Aboriginal women.

- Unite, mobilize the population regarding the theme.
- Take action; the cards may be forwarded to an organization or to the government.
- Introspection, situation analysis, decision-making and commitment to a cause related to the theme.

Note to facilitator
Following the visit of the exhibition, the viewing of various films or discussions on the issue of missing and murdered Aboriginal women and girls, this concluding activity is a tangible measure of support for the various causes supported by the Aboriginal peoples of Canada.
At the end of this activity, the facilitator should observe the following with regards to the participants: :
- A better understanding of the issue of missing and murdered Aboriginal women and girls;
- A desire to take action, to act out of compassion and to express it in writing.
Steps and Procedure

Present the following video to participants : AKIENDA LAINÉ (filmmaker) Missing Women, 2017 Produced by La Boîte Rouge VIF Video of 9 min 36 s Vox pop with First Nations, about gender relations and the issue of missing and murdered Aboriginal women and girls.2
Circulate the photographof the anonymous artwork and read the storyabout Loretta.3
Invite participants who wish to make a personal gesture of commitment against violence, discrimination, racism for example, to express it on the cardboard and to sign it. The facilitator can display the commitments in such a way as to create a mural.

Can be presented as an independent activity following the visit of the exhibition.
Every human being seeks love, and this is what women would like, but instead they experience a lot of violence, they face a lot of disrespect, they confront a lot of discrimination, they must deal with very difficult situations. We're making progress, we're moving forward, albeit little by little.
